BORROWER'S CARD
You may get a borrower's card at no cost if
the following is true:
- You live in Texas
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You can
provide proof of Texas residency
- You have a valid state ID or driver's
license
For youth ages 4-17, a biological parent or legal
guardian must sign the legal
contract.
LOST BORROWER'S CARDS
If your borrower's card is lost or stolen, you
may replace it the first time for a nominal
fee of $2.00. The replacement fee
doubles each time.
Note: Effective October 1, 2008, if
your borrower's card is lost or stolen, you
may replace it for a fee of $5.00
per lost card per incident.
CHECK-OUT PERIODS
All circulating materials check out for three
(3) weeks, with the exception of DVDs which
check out for seven (7) days.

Limits per library card: 10 items

DROPS or RETURNS
Audiovisual items
may be returned in the audiovisual drop,
located next to the book drops. Book
drops are blue; the audiovisual drop is white. The
inside book return is left upon entering the
Library, just past the Checkout Desk.
RENEWALS
DVDs and Videos cannot be renewed. Renewals are not allowed if the items
are overdue or if they have a hold on them.
Renewals can be made over the
phone at (903) 237-1348 with the library card
number, or via the online catalog. Log
into account for this option.
