Library Closed In Honor Of Labor Day

The Library will be closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, September 4-6, for Labor Day. The bookdrops will be also be closed. Both the Library and the bookdrops will reopen at 10am on Tuesday, September 7. Have a safe and happy holiday weekend!

Library Cookbooks Available

The Friends of the Longview Public Library has collected 250 recipes from Longview families and compiled them into an attractive keepsake cookbook. Proceeds from cookbook sales will help fund future community projects sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Cookbooks are available at both Access Services desks for $12.50 each by cash or check.
